For 3 days, 7 PENGAL ALAYAM volunteers took turns presenting our association to 7 classes of 4th and 3rd graders at the college.
Jean Monnet de Janzé. This presentation was part of their consent program. At the college’s request, we explained the differences between a “classic” association and a humanitarian association/NGO. We also put the current culture into historical context (colonization of India by England).
Following these presentations, we proposed a collection of supplies for the children of Apne Aap. Supplies that we packed into our suitcases a few weeks later.
